The Hamraaz Web portal was developed by the technical team of the Adjutant General’s Branch (MP-8) to facilitate communication for the service of soldiers. This portal enables army personnel to access various service-related information like form 16, pay calculator, payslip, etc.

Hamraaz Personal Login Process
If you are a soldier in the Indian Army and a registered user of the Hamraaz portal, you can check your salary slip or Form 16 by performing a personal login on the portal by following the steps below:
- Step 1. Access the Hamraaz Website: Open any web browser and go to the official website by entering this URL: web.hamraazmp8.gov.in.
- Step 2. Find the Personal Login Section: Search for the “Personal Login” section on the website’s main page.
- Step 3. Input User ID and Password: On the login page, use your PAN Card Number as the User ID and enter your password in the provided field.

Hamraaz Password Reset Process
First open Hamraaz Web Poral: hamraazmp8.gov. in /
After this, the homepage of Hamraaz will open.Here, click on the “Forgot Password” option.
- A new page will open where you will have to enter your PAN number and captcha code.
- Then click the submit button.
- Now a new page will open in front of you where you will be asked a “Security Question,” if you remember this then you can reset your password by giving the correct answer, otherwise click on “Try Anaother Way.”
- After that, you will be redirected to the password change page.
- Here, you can choose a security question by creating a strong password and click on the submit option.
Note: When creating a password, you must include a numeric, a letter and a special character in your password.
Sign UP
If you have not registered on this portal, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the official website.
- Find and click on the ‘Sign Up‘ option located in the primary menu on the homepage.
- Enter your PAN card details and solve the captcha.
- Verify your account using your email or employment ID and your Date of Enrollment in the DDMMYY format
- Review your details to ensure they are correct, then set your password.
- Select a security question and provide an answer.
- Click the ‘Submit‘ button to complete your registration.
- Now a page of “Terms and Conditions” will open in front of you, which you can agree to.
- A new page will open where you can create a password.In the password, you have to include a special letter, digit and some letters of English, for example, you can have a password like “12345689A@a.”
- After this, you will be asked a question for additional security, the answer to which you can write in the answer and click on the submit button.

How to update mobile number / email on Hamraaz Portal
- First of all visit the official portal https://hamraazmp8.gov .in / Default.aspx.
- After this, log in with your User ID (PAN Card Number).
- After that, you will be logged in to your profile.
- After this, you will see a menu bar below your name, click on it.
- Now you will see the dropdown menu in front of you in which you have to click on the option of “My Profile.”
- Now your profile will be opened in front of you.
- You can update your email or mobile number here.
- Here, select the Edit option next to the mobile number or email.
- After this, a new window will open in which you will have to enter your mobile number or email ID and click on ‘Send OTP’.
